The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides compassionate and personal skilled care 24 hours a day. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.

At The Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we are extremely proud to serve our residents and their families. It is very important to us that our residents’ short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, or respite care be convenient and successful which is why we have an on-staff infectious disease physician as well as a critical care pulmonologist.

We warmly welcome family, friends, and visitors any day of the week. Our staff is ready to address any inquiries regarding our services, insurance coverage, or available amenities. The Pavilion At A Glance

• All beds at our facility are certified for both Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring that we can provide comprehensive care to a wide range of individuals.
• We take infectious diseases seriously, and to ensure the well-being of our residents, we have an active Infectious Disease Physician who regularly visits and monitors our facility.
• Comfort and convenience are essential to us, which is why all our rooms are equipped with new electric high/low beds and cable TV. Additionally, our short-term rehab units are provided with private phones for easy communication.
• For a holistic approach to rehabilitation, we have a dedicated in-house rehab unit that offers Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (ST) services.
• Our admissions process is designed to be accessible and efficient. We are ready to process admissions 24/7, ensuring that individuals in need of our care can join us without delay.
• The safety and well-being of our residents are a top priority. To ensure continuous and responsive care, Registered Nurses (RNs) are on duty and present onsite 24 hours a day.
